Ruined infrastructure and buildings of Chernihiv will be rebuilt in the shortest terms, the works are already underway, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, posted on Telegram a summary of the city inspection conducted.
«Suburbs suffered the most, but we will rebuild this all in the shortest terms. Working on it!», - Tymoshenko wrote.
The Office of the President and government team worked in Chernihiv the whole day, he stated.
He also added, that according to the directives from Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, and Andriy Ermak, the Head of the Office of the President, they acted swiftly, and delivered water and several thousand food rations, which should be enough for a month for every family, wheat, mattresses and construction materials for the fastest reconstruction of the city.
Tymoshenko promised to deliver aid to the city daily.
