Shelling of Hirs’ke in the Luhansk region is going on day and night non-stop, 3 buses are awaiting an evacuation opportunity, according to Serhiy Gaidai, the Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration
“russians are not holding to the “silence regime” agreement – it is loud in Popasna and Hirska community”,– he posted on Twitter.
People are waiting for the calm moment to get to the railway station for evacuation, he says.
“There are a lot of civilians trying to escape, we’ll be returning for all of them”,– added Gaidai.
In Severonetsk, Lysychansk, Novodruzhesk, and Pryvillya, police patrols are helping citizens, that are not able to move on themselves but are willing to leave the combat zone, to get to buses.
