The occupiers do not allow the delivery of the humanitarian cargo into Mariupol in any way, even after numerous agreements, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, reported during the briefing in Ukraine Media Center.
“It has been more than a month since the so-call green [humanitarian] corridor has been open, but it only works one way, where people can leave by their cars. People collect them and drive away. This route continues to work,” he said.
Kyrylenko added that the enemy had begun to block the departure of Mariupol residents towards free Ukraine, allowing them to transit only to the temporarily occupied territories or to Russia. This applies primarily to men. After that, Ukrainians are called to serve in the "Donetsk People’s Republic ranks."
Tonight the russian occupiers shelled “Captain Belousov” icebreaker in the Mariupol trading port. The crew members were civilians. One person was killed, and several were injured.
