The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released statistics on the losses of russian occupation forces in Ukraine following the forty-third day of the full-scale invasion.
According to operative data of the General Staff, the total combat losses of the enemy between 24 February and 8 April approximately amounted to:
personnel – around 19,000 people,
tanks– 700 units,
armored personnel vehicles – 1,891 units,
artillery systems – 333 units,
MLRS – 108 units,
anti-aircraft warfare systems – 55 units,
aircraft – 150 units,
helicopters – 135 units,
vehicles – 1,361 units,
boats/cutters – 7 units,
fuel tanks – 76 units,
UAV operational-tactical level – 112 units,
special equipment – 25,
mobile SRBM system – 4.
The General Staff said that the data may be inaccurate, as the calculation is complicated by the high intensity of hostilities.
The day before, the Kremlin for the first time acknowledged the "significant losses" of russia in the war in Ukraine.
