The Interdepartmental Coordination Center at the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, together with the National Police of Ukraine, received another interception of conversations of Russian servicemen, which revealed the plans of the Russian command for the war in Ukraine.
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
Thus, a mobilized serviceman of the aggressor's army, Oleg Karasev, told his wife about the instructions received by the Russian military regarding further actions in Ukraine: "Putin said that if we don't f**king do anything by May 10, we should level everything."
In his words, there is an order "we're still trying to "liberate" Rubizhne, but we should level Lysychansk and Severodonetsk. We won't even try. Our contractors can't f**king advance. They've (Armed Forces of Ukraine) dug in so well, we shoot the f**k out of them with tanks, but they don't f**king care. They shoot ours every day."
"This conversation confirms that Russia has purposefully moved to the tactics of destroying Ukrainian cities and crimes against civilians on the direct instructions of the country's top military and political leadership, including president Putin," the military intelligence said.
According to the Regional Military Administration head, Sergei Gaidai, the Russians are accumulating equipment near Rubizhne and elsewhere in the Luhansk region, preparing for a further offensive. The head of the region called on civilians to evacuate to save their lives.
Following Serhiy Haiday, Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak also called on residents of Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts to evacuate to safer areas.
