One of the war criminals even got a raise to colonel general for taking part in russian invasion of Donbas

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has published data on russian war criminals among the highest ranks of russian army. 

Alexander Sanchik and Andrey Serdyukov are amongst them.

“Alexander Semyonovich Sanchik takes part in russian invasion of Ukraine. He is in command of the 35th army that belongs to the russian Eastern Military District. From February till May 2022 Sanchik was in charge of a military operation that aimed to capture Kyiv from western side. Military personnel of stated subunits were involved in war crimes against civilians in the Kyiv region,” reported UDI.

According to Ukrainian intelligence Andrey Serdyukov is in command of airborne forces.

“Subunits that reported to Serdyukov were involved in war crimes against civilians. Serdyukov was in charge of the subunits of Southern Military District during annexation of Crimea in February 2014 and invasion of Donbas. Serdyukov was responsible for forming the 1st and 2nd Army Corps of the russian forces on the territory if temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions. He was in charge of these Army Corps,” states UDI.

UDI stressed that Serdyukov was promoted to colonel general for taking part in russian invasion of Donbas.

7 April, Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine shared the list of russian occpiers from Khabarovsk who are responsible for war crimes in the Kyiv region.

UDI shared the list of russian occupiers from Nizhny Novgorod who are responsible for killing Ukrainians in the Kyiv region.
