Yesterday, the russian military fired on evacuation buses in Borova village, the Kharkiv region. Seven people were killed, and 27 others were injured, the Attorney General's Office informs.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted for violating the laws and customs of war.

“The pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office," is said in the statement.

Among the official corridors announced in the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, there was no route from Borova yesterday.

It’s clarified that Borova is under temporary occupation.

This is not the first time the russians have fired on peaceful Ukrainians who want to evacuate. A week ago, they fired a missile at Kramatorsk railway station. 57 people died. There were mainly women, children and elderly people.

Also, enemy troops targeted people's cars during evacuations in various regions or simply forbade them to leave.
