"Russian troops have been tasked to urgently collect and deliver to the territory of Belgorod, Kursk and Bryansk regions fragments of downed Ukrainian Bayraktars and helicopters. FSB and Russian Defense Ministry are preparing large-scale provocations in these areas, with explosions on civilian infrastructure and residential areas," - wrote Vysotsky, citing his sources in "relevant institutions."
According to him, these actions may occur in the russian federation regions bordering Ukraine.
"Some settlements in Russia's border areas have already been evacuated after the warning calls about mines arranged by FSB. New provocations of Putin's regime in Russia are only hours away. Ukrainian secret services have complete information about the new malicious plans by russia," he added.
