The Foreign Secretary of Great Britain Elizabeth Truss expressed her support to Ukraine which is fighting against russia's military invasion.
She emphasized that the rf's war against the Ukrainian people has been going on for over two months now. However, Britain will always aid and support Ukraine.
"We are now entering the 3rd month of Putin’s illegal war on Ukraine. Russia has perpetrated appalling atrocities including attacks on innocent civilians and children in Odesa and the siege of Mariupol. We will not rest until Putin fails and Ukraine prevails," – Truss posted on her Twitter.

Russia has perpetrated appalling atrocities including attacks on innocent civilians and children in Odessa and the siege of Mariupol.

Truss has stated previously that the sanctions against russian oligarchs imposed because of the rf's military invasion in Ukraine would never be lifted. She stressed that the West should learn the lesson from not having done enough to restrain russia since the Cold War era.
