The Operational Command South reports the intensified activity of the forces of the russian fleet in the Black Sea.
According to the report, it happened after the Ukrainian forces again launched a strike at Zmiyinyy (Serpent) island.
Now russians with the Raptor type landing craft utility tried to evacuate and replenish their subunits, which are still on the island, with personnel.
"The rest of the ships and the submarine continue to keep the threat of a missile strike on the territory of Ukraine at a high level," the command said.
Earlier, on April 30, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a strike at the occupiers’ position on Zmiinyi island. They destroyed three anti-aircraft weapons, the “Strela-10” surface-to-air missile system, and a communication vehicle.
