President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Ukrainians are not ready to give up on part of Ukraine's territory in favor of russia, especially after the death of thousands of Ukrainians, military and civilian. According to the Ukrayinska Pravda, Zelenskyy stated this in an interview with the Greek public broadcaster ΕRΤ.
“People not willing to do this. None of us are willing to do this. Violent border changes, that's how it happens, and otherwise, the borders of Ukraine do not change. We are ready to restore our territorial integrity. Otherwise, if we are ready to give part of Ukraine to russia, it will be like all these people died for nothing. Or what did they die for? And then, russia will not stop there, you must know. It did not stop in Crimea. Give them a little rest before they start new aggression in 2-3 years? We are not ready to go for it " - the president declared.
