Russian and LPR (Luhansk People's Republic) troops try to assault Sievierodonetsk from several directions; the city is almost besieged.

The Head of the Civil-Military Administration, Oleksandr Striuk, stated this during the national telemarathon #UArazom.

"Rf and LPR troops almost besieged the city and are trying to assault it in several directions," - said Oleksandr Striuk.

He added that war actins do not make the local population leave the city: the evacuation rate has dropped significantly.

"The number of people willing to leave is almost non-existing: there are up to ten people a day that we can persuade to leave. It is difficult because there are about 15,000 residents left in the city; they do not want to leave it," - said Striuk.

On 27 April 2022, the russian military fired rounds at a hospital in Sievierodonetsk, and one woman was killed.
