Early in the morning of May 17, the russian military launched missile strikes on the village Desna, Chernihiv region. Law enforcement officers and rescuers are working there.
According to preliminary data, there are dead and many wounded, said the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus.
"I’m saying again - the war is not over. The war did not leave Chernihiv, did not leave our cities. Therefore, please be vigilant, careful and pay attention to all relevant signals," he said.
The village of Desna is located near the border with the Kyiv region.
