Rescuers took a severely injured 9-year-old child and at least one dead person from the wreckage of a five-story building in Bakhmut.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, informed about this.
He said that a missile attack of Russia destroyed the structure of the house from the forth to the ground floor.
"In addition, a fire broke out in the apartment building, it has already been put out. Rescuers continue dismantling the wreckage. We suppose that some people may be under it," - the Head of Donetsk region said.
He urged the residents of the region not to neglect the danger and to evacuate.
"The Russians came to our land to destroy everything and kill the people. The main thing for the civilians now is to save their lives. And the soldiers will do their job and repel the Russians from our land," Mr. Kyrylenko said.
To remind, the Russians shelled with MLRS “Grad” the bus evacuating adults and children from Severodonetsk and Lysychansk.
