The minister acknowledged continued support, Kuleba said on Twitter. The parties agreed on the need to increase sanctions on russia, including the oil embargo. They also discussed granting Ukraine the status of a candidate for EU membership.
First call with my new French counterpart @MinColonna. France’s support of Ukraine remains steadfast. We agreed on the need to ramp up sanctions pressure on Russia, including an oil embargo, and discussed Ukraine’s EU candidate status. Looking forward to welcoming her in Ukraine.
