Patron the dog, who is engaged in mine search, was awarded the Palm Dog Prize in Cannes.

"This is the most prestigious film award in the world, which is awarded to four-legged friends! And since Patron really became the star of world newsreels in the last couple of months, the jury unanimously decided that our tailed pyrotechnician deserves Palm status," the civil service said.
The SES says that Patron "learned" about the award remotely.
"However, after the victory - who knows! - our little hero will visit the world film capital to hold an autograph session for his fans," said rescuers.
On May 8 the president Volodymyr Zelenskiy awarded the medal "For selfless service" of the Patron - a dog which is engaged in search of mines and became very popular in social networks.
