The Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Iryna Vereshchuk, addressed the residents of the temporarily occupied territories and asked them to move to regions controlled by Ukraine.

"I know it's not easy, but look for ways and opportunities. Because, in the end, it's about your safety, your future, and your children's future," - she said.

For those who remain under occupation, the Minister advises not to take russian passports.

"I know it may not be easy, but russian citizenship will create more problems than benefits for you in the long run. So, don't take russian passports, don't stay in the occupation!" - said Vereshchuk.

Serhiy Khlan, a member of the Kherson regional council, said that Kherson residents who were illegally detained and tortured were ordered to sign documents condemning the "Ukrainian regime," "congratulate russian troops," and apply for a russian passport.
