In the Zaporizhzhia region, russian invaders delivered more than 50 obsolete models of tanks (T-62 and T-72B). Residents of the temporarily occupied territories are forced to apply for passports of the aggressor state.

This was announced by the Head of the Zaporizhzhia RMA Olexandr Starukh.

According to the Head of the region, armored vehicles are more likely to be used to strengthen the defensive positions of the occupiers. Or they will find those who will agree to go on the offensive in vehicles that will not be able to resist the modern anti-tank weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The russians are trying to attack the eastern hromadas of our region. Artillery, air and missile strikes are being carried out along the frontline. Today Orikhiv and Hryhorivka have been badly affected; civilian infrastructure, residential buildings and schools have been damaged," Starukh added.

He stressed that the invaders are deliberately destroying civilian infrastructure in the region.

"Attacked a shopping mall. In the city center, where there were no military facilities. We checked the videos - it flew straight to a civilian facility; it wasn’t a mistake. They strike to intimidate, commit genocide," said the Head of the region.

"They [russians] are running out of “cannon fodder”. Look at the experience of the residents of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. Those who received russian passports then received weapons and were sent to the trenches. Everything is simple and clear. The russian passport is a ticket to the trench,” - the Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA emphasized.

In the occupied territories of the region, according to Olexandr Starukh, rashists are trying to block communications and establish theirs. They also regularly block the passage of evacuation columns, detain people and use them as human shields to move military equipment.

In the morning on May 30 in temporarily occupied Melitopol there was an explosion. According to preliminary data, a car exploded near the shopping center, next to which the russian-appointed pseudo-leader of the Zaporizhzhia region Yevhen Balytskyi lives.

Earlier, queues arose again in front of the russian checkpoint near Vasylivka. There are about 400 cars in lines, people want to pass to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
