The forcing of the Seversky Donets River remains extremely important for russian forces, as they are preparing to capture the Donetsk region after Luhansk.
Potential crossing points are located between Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, as well as near the occupied Lyman. In these places, the river is still controlled by the Armed Forces, which destroyed bridges across it.
The head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Haidai, said today that the occupiers had no success in Severodonetsk last night. The situation in the Luhansk direction remains difficult. Russian invaders are trying to break through the defence of the Armed Forces from several directions: from Zoloty, Popasna, Komyshuvakha, Belogorivka.
