A base of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine in the village of Myrne, Melitopol District, which was occupied by russians, is on fire, Melitopol mayor Ivan Fedorov has said.
He quoted locals as saying they had heard around 25 explosions.
"That's where the ruscists took their military equipment after a week ago, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out devastating strikes at a Russian base in the area of the Melitopol airfield. Locals have heard about 25 explosions near Myrne. A plume of thick black smoke can be seen at the occupiers' base. Let's hope for good news! Believe in the Ukrainian Armed Forces," he said on Telegram.
