At least three people got killed and 15 wounded as a result of a russian missile attack on the city of Dnipro, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, has said.
According to him, the missiles hit an industrial enterprise and a "vibrant street nearby".
Mayor Borys Filatov said water supply and other utility network services may be disrupted in some areas.
The missile attack also caused a fire.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the russian attack on Dnipro took place at around 10 p.m. The Kh-101 missiles were launched from Tu-95 MC strategic missile carriers from the northerb part of the Caspian Sea.
Ukraine's air defence has down four of them, however several other managed to hit the city.
