Ukraine's Air Force down a russian missile in Bila Tserkva District of Kyiv Region this evening, the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, has said.
"Tentatively, there are no victims or destruction. The debris fell onto a field," he said.
He urged residents of Kyiv Region to remain in shelter during air alerts.
Out of the total number of russian strikes, only 30% hit military facilities while 70% deliberately target peaceful cities.
