The Ukrainian Armed Forces have hit the barracks of Russian occupiers in temporarily occupied Lysychansk, Luhansk Region, the Strategic Communications Centre has said.
As a result of the shelling, 12 servicemen of the Russian riot police were killed.
According to the invaders, someone among the locals had informed the Ukrainian army about the location of the occupying troops.
"Hell will be a mercy for these monsters. Wherever an orc lands his ass to even rest for a moment, a similar gift will be waiting for him," the StratCom said.
On 23 July, the Ukrainian military destroyed the headquarters of a Russian regiment in temporarily occupied Lysychansk, Luhansk Region.
