A military infrastructure facility was targeted.

Local social media communities reported explosions in Rivne Region and smoke in Sarny District at around 7.30 p.m.
The Sarny city head confirmed the attack. As a result of the attack, the Sarny central district hospital was cut from power.
An ad hoc commission will assess damage caused to residential houses.
