The Russian occupying troops shelled the third and fifth micro-districts of Enerhodar, mayor Dmytro Orlov has said.
Tentatively, a shell hit an apartment in Voyiniv Internatsionalistiv Street. Information about the victims and scale of destruction is being checked.
Some cars in the area caught fire and nearby houses had their windows shattered.
Orlov asked local residents to at least hide behind two walls and stay away from windows.
