Russia shelled Kharkiv's Kyivvskyy district, city mayor Ihor Terekhov has said.
"The shelling of Kyivskyy district. One of the enterprises of the city is under attack. Fire. The information about the victims is being clarified," he said.
Russia continues shelling Kharkiv and the region. Residents of the city's Novobavarskyy and Kholodnohorskyy districts were urged to be especially vigilant due to unexploded cluster ammunition.
