Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed Russia's responsibility for missile terror and the supply of weapons, in particular air defence systems, according to the minister's Twitter account.
“I had a call with Secretary Blinken right during another massive missile attack on Ukraine this morning. We share the view that Russia bears full responsibility for its missile terror and its consequences on the territory of Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova,” Kuleba noted.
In addition, the head of Ukrainian diplomacy thanked the United States for the crucial defence assistance and stressed the need to speed up the supply of air defence systems to Ukraine.
“NASAMS have proved their efficiency already. I am also convinced that the time for “Patriots” has come,” the minister added.
Earlier, Kuleba proposed to hold a NATO summit with the participation of Ukraine to determine further joint actions.
