The Russian army launched a missile attack on an infrastructure facility in Odesa Region,the head of the Regional Military Administration Maksym Marchenko wrote on Telegram.
"There is a threat of a massive missile attack throughout Ukraine. I ask residents of the region to stay in shelters. We trust in the Armed Forces and our air defence units!" he wrote.
Explosions during this air raid were also heard in Dnipro. Air defence systems work in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Poltava and Kharkiv regions.
