Volodymyr Zelenskyy released a video of the morning missile strike on Dnipro, the official President's Telegram channel states.
"Here is another proof from Dnipro on how terrorists seek peace. Morning. A peaceful city with people striving to live a normal life. To go to work, to do business. A missile strike! All the terrorist state really wants is to cause Ukrainians as much pain and suffering as possible," he wrote in a message.
This morning Russia carried out another massive shelling of Ukraine. Dnipro is among the targeted cities. There are reports of infrastructure facilities hit and casualties.
