Twenty-three people were wounded by Russian missile strikes on the city of Dnipro today. Fifteen were rushed to hospital, one of them in a critical condition.
The strikes damaged an industrial enterprise, houses and public transport, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, has said on Telegram.
"Russians hit the city's neighbourhoods at the start of the day when people were already on the streets. They were commuting to work, running on their errands. They simply lived their normal life," he said.
Russia launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine on 17 November, targeting infrastructure, particularly gas extraction facilities.
