Russia is acting as a terrorist state, and the statement by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov should open the eyes of those countries that still believe that Russia wants to negotiate, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Nikolenko has said.
Earlier today, the Kremlin said that the absence of power and heating supply in many parts of Ukraine, caused by massive Russian missile attacks, were the consequence of the Ukrainian authorities' refusal to negotiate.
"Dmitry Peskov admitted that Russia has been destroying Ukrainian critical infrastructure to coerce Ukraine to negotiate. ISIS terrorists behave the same way: they kill innocent people so that their demands be met," Nikolenko said.
He stressed that Russian aggression cannot be stopped by negotiations. Only air defence systems, tanks and MLRS can do this.
