Russia carried out a strike on Dnipro, mayor Borys Filatov has said on Telegram.
"Tentatively, city communications and infrastructure have not been affected by the strike. Several transformers shut down automatically," the mayor said.
Rescue services are working at the site.
Seven private residential houses were partly ruined by the strike, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentyn Reznichenko. An explosion caused a fire. A woman was hurt. She was recovered from under the debris and taken to hospital.
The 23 November Russian bombardment of Dnipro caused a nearly full blackout of the city.
