Twelve Ukrainians were released in another prisoner exchange with Russia, presidential office Andriy Yermak has said.
"Another exchange of prisoners. We managed to release 12 of our people. Among them - four Navy soldiers, two National Guardsmen, border guards, one from the Territorial Defence, as well as three civilians - a couple and a man who was considered missing. Among the military there are two officers, as well as seven privates and sergeants," he said.
Yermak noted that now these are servicemen who defended Mariupol, the Chornobyl nuclear power plant and Snake Island.
Over the past week, 98 Ukrainians have returned home from captivity.
"We are working to secure the release of all our people. We do not stop. I am grateful for the work of the coordination HQ for the treatment of prisoners of war," Yermak added.
