Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has stressed that the diplomatic end of the war will be based on Russia withdrawing from the entire territory of Ukraine as of 2013.
"The territorial integrity of Ukraine is not for discussion. Any decision or diplomatic ending will be based on the fact that Russia leaves all the territories of Ukraine as of 2013," Kuleba said a briefing for foreign media, Ukrinform reports.
Kyiv has repeatedly stated that in the current circumstances negotiations with the Kremlin are equal to surrender. Meanwhile, Russia is rapidly losing ground on the battlefield and is trying to "freeze" the so-called "peaceful dialogue".
At the same time, Moscow continues to commit war crimes in Ukraine, deliberately destroying critical civilian infrastructure to force the Ukrainian side to negotiate.
