On the night of 19 December, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 30 Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones, the Air Force of Ukraine reported.
In total, about 35 barrage munitions were found.
Like last time, the UAVs were launched from the eastern coast of the Azov Sea.
"The forces and means of the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in cooperation with other components of the Defence Forces of Ukraine destroyed thirty Shaheds of the Russian occupiers!" the statement reads.
Units of anti-aircraft missile troops, fighter aviation, and mobile firing groups are involved in air targets' destruction.
At night, the occupiers attacked Kyiv with more than 20 drones, 18 of which were shot down. The critical infrastructure of the capital was hit.
