The number of victims on the 14 January Russian missile strike on Dnipro increased to 21 people, the head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk reported in Telegram. Seventy-three people were injured, including 14 children. Thirty-eight people, including six children, were rescued. Rescuers continue to search for 35 residents.

According to preliminary data, the missile attack destroyed 72 apartments and damaged more than 230. Firefighters are still extinguishing several fires that started because of the attack.

The dismantling of the destroyed structures of the building continues. Almost 3,500 tonnes of the debris have already been removed.

A deputy head of the presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, earlier said that the Russian missile hit a building with 16 sections and about 1,700 residentsThere are 72 apartments in the destroyed section. According to the information from the registration register, there are 100-200 residents (about 50 children).
