President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the helicopter crash in Brovary (Kyiv Region) this morning a consequence of the war, but added he was not worried about his safety.

During an online interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he was asked by the host if he was worried about his safety after the incident in Brovary, Zelenskyy replied: "I am not worried. I have nothing to add."

At the same time, the president said that the helicopter crash in Brovary was not just an "accident."

"I believe - because of the experience of war that I and our society have today - that this is not an accident, this is war. The war is not just on the battlefield. War has several directions. There are no more accidents, it's all the result of war. Absolutely. Everything that happens. Rockets that hit our people, civilians. What happens when children die in kindergartens and schools. All of this - every person and every death - is the result of war," the president said.
