Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed five light motorized boats with enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"The enemy has stepped up the activities of its sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the area of the islands at the mouth of the Dnipro River. Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed at least five light motorized boats with such enemy groups," the statement said.
On 23 January, the defence forces of the Tavriya area hit a Russian occupiers' motor boat during an attempt to land a subversive group.
