On the morning of 22 February, Russia resumed its attacks on Kharkiv. As of 10:30 a.m., several explosions have already occurred, and more missile launches are possible, according to the Head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, and the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
"They are hitting Kharkiv. There have already been several explosions in the city. More missile launches from the territory of Russia are possible. Be careful," the mayor wrote.
According to updated reports, the Russians hit an infrastructure facility in the Kyiv district. At least four strikes were recorded. The Russians are targeting industrial facilities.
"According to the Regional Emergency Medical Center, two people received minor injuries and are given medical assistance," wrote Synehubov.
On the morning of 22 February, an air alert was announced throughout the country.
