Today, on 23 February, Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Kupyansk District of Kharkiv Region. One person was wounded, and there are people under the rubble, said the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.
"The occupiers also attacked Kupyansk District today. Preliminary, with an S-300 missile. The administrative building was hit. A civilian man who was near the building got wounded. At least two people are currently under the rubble," he wrote.
According to him, all rescue services are working at the scene. The information is being clarified.
Earlier, 2 women were reported wounded as a result of today's enemy shelling of Kupyansk. They are being provided with medical aid.
