A man was killed and a woman wounded by yet another Russian shelling attack on Kherson Region this morning, the regional prosecutor's office has said on Telegram.
A criminal case was opened over the violation of laws and customs of war.
The attack damaged houses, power transmission lines and a gas pipeline.
