Last night, 9 drones were shot down in the airspace around Kyiv. According to preliminary estimates, the enemy used Shahed barrage munitions.
The enemy attacked in two waves, taking maximum time, the Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko, said on Telegram.
"In this way, the enemy was trying to realize its tactical goal of depleting our air defence. That's why the last night air raid in Kyiv lasted for 5 and a half hours. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties and no hits to infrastructure. We thank our air defence forces! Believe in the Armed Forces!" he emphasized.
Russians also attacked Khmelnytskyy. Three explosions took place in the city, killing at least one person. Four people are injured. Civilian buildings have been damaged.
