The 391st day of the Russian full-scale invasion has begun. During the day, the enemy launched 21 air and 9 missile strikes. One of them hit the town of Slovyansk. There were no civilian casualties. Another missile attack was on the town of Kramatorsk, a civilian infrastructure facility. Seven multi-storey buildings and three private cars were damaged. Fortunately, there were no civilian casualties. The enemy also fired 57 times from multiple launch rocket systems.
The likelihood of missile strikes across Ukraine remains quite high, according to a morning report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the past day, the main objective of the enemy remained attempts to reach the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk Regions. For this purpose, the occupiers concentrated their main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, Maryinka, and Shakhtarsk areas. Thanks to professional and coordinated actions, our defenders repelled more than 120 attacks by the occupiers in the specified sectors.
Volyn, Polissya, Siversk and Slobozhansk areas: the operational situation has not changed significantly. The Russian Federation continues to maintain a significant military presence on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, however, without the obvious formation of offensive groups. At the same time, the enemy continues to engineer terrain in the border areas of Bryansk and Kursk Regions. During the day, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the districts of 26 settlements. Among them are Seredyna-Buda, Sopych, Starykove, Atynske, Kostyantynivka, Kindrativka, Volfine, Oleksandrivka, Popivka, Studenok and Turya of the Sumy Region; Kamaynska Sloboda and Khrinivka in Chernihiv Region, as well as Hlyboke, Morokhovets, Vovchansk, Zemlyanki, Krasne Pershe, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kamaynka, Krasne, Novomlynsk, Strelecha and Chuhuyivka in Kharkiv Region.
Kupyansk and Lyman areas: the adversary unsuccessfully tried to break through the defences of our troops, carrying out artillery shelling of the areas of 11 settlements along the line of combat confrontation. Suffered, in particular, Kupyansk, Krokhmalny and Berestovo districts of Kharkiv Region; Nevsky, Pischany, Bilohorivka and Dibrova in Luhansk Region, as well as Spirny, Torsk and Novoselivka in Donetsk Region. The enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of Novoselivske.
Bakhmut area: the occupiers are not stopping their assault on the town of Bakhmut. At the same time, our soldiers repelled enemy attacks near Bohdanivka, Ivanovske, Predtechine and Severnye settlements. Minkivka, Vasyukivka, Zaliznyanske, Bakhmut, Hryhorivka, Ivanovske, Oleksandro-Shultine, Diliyivka, New York, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Privillya and Chasiv Yar of the Donetsk Region were shelled. In general, 12 settlements in the Bakhmut area were affected by the fire of the occupiers.
Avdiyivka, Maryinka, and Shakhtarsk areas: the enemy unsuccessfully tried to advance in the vicinities of Berdychi, Avdiyivka, Severna, Pervomayske, and Novomykhaylivka of Donetsk Region. Areas of 17 settlements were subjected to numerous enemy shelling. In particular, Novobakhmutivka, Kamyanka, Avdiyivka, Lastochkine, Krasnohorivka, Hostre, Heorhiyivka, Maryinka, Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Orlivka and Tonenka of Donetsk Region.
Zaporizhzhya and Kherson areas: the enemy continues its defence. Intensive shelling, in particular, of Olhivske, Malynivka, Hulyaypole, Bilohirya, Orihiv and Charivne of the Zaporizhzhzhya Region; Vremivka, Novopil and Pervomayske - Donetsk Region, as well as Dudchany, Kozatske, Blahovishchenske, Dniprovske, Belozerka, Berehove, Chervonyy Mayak and Yantarne of Kherson Region. The total number of shelled settlements is 41.
During the day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces carried out 12 strikes on the areas of the occupiers’ personnel and military equipment concentration, and units of rocket forces and artillery struck 3 areas of the enemy’s manpower concentration.
