On the night of 21 April, a Russian kamikaze drone hit a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsya Region, the head of the Vinnytsya regional military administration, Serhiy Borzov, has said.

" As a result of a kamikaze drone attack, a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsya Region was hit last night, which caused a fire," it added.

As of the morning, the fire has been extinguished. There were no casualties.

In the morning, the Air Force reported that air defence systems had shot down eight out of 12 Shahed drones launched by Russia at night.
