Over the day, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defence Forces carried out 13 strikes on the clusters of Russian personnel and military equipment, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said.
Ukrainian defenders also destroyed seven enemy UAVs of various types.
Missile and artillery units struck eight command posts, 13 areas of manpower clusters, an ammunition depot, a fuel and lubricants depot, five artillery units at firing positions, an air defence facility and two other important enemy targets.
Russian troops continue to focus their main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Maryinka sectors, where they carried out over 30 attacks over the day. The fiercest fighting continues for Bakhmut and Maryinka.
The Russians also launched six missile attacks, in particular on the cities of Slovyansk, Kostyantynivka and Zaporizhzhya. In addition, 46 air strikes and 69 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems were recorded against Ukrainian army positions and populated areas. Russian attacks caused civilian casualties and damage to private homes and other civilian and administrative infrastructure.
