President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in the framework of the NATO summit.
They discussed defence, politics and joint security, the Ukrainian president said on Telegram.
"Defence, politics, our joint security. Thanked for the weapons, in particular long-range weapons. Strong support for Ukraine on its way to NATO. And we are preparing security guarantees for Ukraine on its way to NATO. A very good meeting!" he said.
In addition to Sunak, Zelenskyy has already held talks with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The meeting resulted in a "strong" agreement to strengthen Ukrainian defenders with armoured vehicles, according to Zelenskyy. He also met German Chancellor Olaf Scholz who promised to provide Ukraine with additional Patriot air defence systems and missiles for them.
