The number of victims of the Russian missile attack on Sumy on the evening of 29 July has increased, according to the Sumy city council.
"The shelling killed two people and injured 20 (three remain in hospital)," it said.
The missile strike also damaged an educational institution. Windows were smashed in residential buildings. The destroyed property is being inspected and the damaged structures are being dismantled.
