Around 8:20 in the morning, the Russian army hit the centre of Kherson with Grad MLRS.
One man died, the head of the Kherson Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin said on Telegram.
"At around 8:20 a.m. today, the occupiers shelled the central part of Kherson with the multiple rocket launcher Grad. An employee of the city's utility company was hit by enemy fire, and died on the spot," he wrote.
According to updated data from the Prosecutor General's Office, in addition to the deceased, two more people were injured. Prokudin said that both are also employees of the utility company.
"As a result of shelling in the center of the city, a 60-year-old employee of the city's utility company was killed. Two more of his colleagues - a tractor driver and a worker - were injured. The information is being checked. Previously, the shelling was carried out from barrel artillery," he said.
Objects of civil infrastructure, vehicles were damaged.
