Over the past week, the Ukrainian military has advanced in several areas, says Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening video address.
"At the end of this week, it is important to say a few things. The first is the frontline. Over the past seven days, we have made progress. There is movement in the Tavriya direction. There is movement in the Bakhmut direction. Kupyanske, Lyman directions, Avdiyivka, Maryinka - we are holding our positions there," he said.
The President thanked all the soldiers who ensure this.
"Every week, the initiative is invariably in the hands of our soldiers, Ukraine. It is Ukrainian heroism that determines how this war will end. We must all remember this," Zelenskyy added.
25 combat clashes took place at the frontline over yesterday. Russia also launched another air strike with Iranian Shahed-136/131 in the Kyiv Region. 26 of the 33 enemy "Shaheds" were destroyed by the means of Air Force.
