The details of the attack will be revealed as soon as possible, and the result is dozens of dead and wounded occupants, including senior naval officers.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, told the Voice of America that at least nine people were killed and 16 wounded in Ukraine's attack on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol on 22 September. Among the wounded are Russian generals.
